Add one tablespoon filter ground coffee for every 120 ml of water.
Let the coffee brew for 4 minutes then gently press the plunger downwards.
For 1 to 3 cups press for 355ml; 8 cups press for 1 liter; 12 cups press for 1.5 liters of water.
POUR-OVER METHOD OF BREWING
15g of ground coffee
250ml of water (boiling water, 100 degrees C for both medium and medium dark roasts)
Start pouring and leave the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds.
